Both use absorbent fabric layers with a leak-resistant layer underneath. Our reusable pad uses the same fabric technology as our period underwear, in a separate pad you wear with your own underwear. Wash, dry and use it again.

Our reusable pad is All-Day: 25–30 mL, equivalent to one pair of All-Day underwear.

It holds 25–30 mL—the same All-Day absorbency as our underwear. It comes in one size and one colour. Change when it feels wet or reaches capacity; heavier flow needs more frequent changes. Absorbency doesn’t mean a fixed number of hours.

Everyday Liner holds approximately 2–3 tampons or about 1 maxi pad; All-Day 5–6 tampons or about 2–3 maxi pads; All-Night 9–10 tampons or about 4–5 maxi pads.

These are approximate capacity comparisons using 5 mL per tampon and 10 mL per maxi pad. Capacities vary between brands and products; these numbers don’t tell you how long to wear a pair.

Measure your waist and hips, then use the size chart on your chosen product page—charts differ by style. Cheeky sits low on the hips, Classic Briefs are mid-rise, and High-Waist Briefs are high-rise.

Yes. All-Night offers our highest absorbency—45–50 mL—for overnight protection. Put on a fresh pair before bed and choose a snug, comfortable fit. On heavier nights, you may need to change sooner or use them as backup.

You can wear period underwear on its own when the absorbency suits your flow, or as backup with a tampon or cup. If you’re new to it, try a pair at home first to learn what works for you.

Choose our period swimwear for the water. Everyday period underwear is designed for wear out of the water; it isn’t a substitute for swimwear.

Rinse in cold water after use, then hand or machine wash in cold water. Skip hot water, bleach and fabric softener. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat, and let the pair dry completely before wearing it again.

Yes, on low heat. Line drying works too. Avoid high heat to help care for the fabric and gusset.

Bring a spare and a washable wet bag. Change when needed, store the used underwear or pad in the bag, and rinse and wash it when you get home.

A cup is worn inside the vagina and collects period fluid instead of absorbing it. It opens to form a seal. Underwear or a reusable pad can provide backup while you get used to it.

Peachy Cup comes in Small, Medium and Large. Cup fit depends on your anatomy and comfort, not your underwear size. If you’re unsure, contact us before choosing.

Wash your hands, relax, then pinch the cup’s base to release the seal before gently easing it out. Don’t pull on the ring alone. If removal hurts or you can’t remove it, stop pulling and seek medical help.

Wear your Peachy Cup for no more than 8 hours at a time. Remove, empty and clean it sooner on heavier days, even if it isn’t full. Don’t leave it in continuously beyond this limit; choose underwear or a pad when you want a break from internal protection.

Our disc comes in Small, Light Pink, with a 45 mL collection capacity. It is 30 mm high; the supplier’s 120 mm overall measurement includes the retrieval stem, not just the disc. This is a specific size, not a universal fit.

Cups and discs are not contraception and do not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Some people find their disc partially empties into the toilet when they relax or gently bear down—a handy feature called auto-emptying. It doesn’t happen for everyone, so don’t force it.

With clean hands, check that the front rim is tucked back behind your pubic bone afterwards. Auto-emptying doesn’t reset the 12-hour wear limit: still remove and wash your disc within that time. Leaking outside the bathroom calls for a fit or position check.

No. Our swimwear has its own 10 mL light-absorbency rating. Everyday Liner, All-Day and All-Night describe our underwear range; the reusable pad is All-Day. For heavier flow, use a cup or disc as your main protection with swimwear as backup.

Your period doesn’t stop underwater. Flow may be less noticeable while you’re submerged, then more noticeable when you step out. Choose protection for both your swim and your time poolside.

Our swimwear offers 10 mL light absorbency. On heavier days, pair it with a cup or disc.

Fabrics vary by style and colour. Teal SoftTouch High-Waist Briefs use an outer fabric blend of 85% modal, 8% elastane and 7% seaweed fibre; black Quick-Dry High-Waist Briefs use 100% polyester outer fabric. The absorbent gusset has its own layered construction.

No intentionally added PFAS. Three textiles screened by SGS showed no detectable total organic fluorine at a detection limit of 20 ppm.
