A little guidance for your first pair.

Can I wear them on their own?

Yes, when the absorbency suits your flow. You can also wear them as backup with your cup or tampon. Start with a level that fits your needs and change when your pair feels wet or full.

How long can I wear a pair?

Up to 12 hours, depending on your flow and absorbency level. On heavier days, you’ll need to change more often.

How do I choose my size?

Use your waist and hip measurements with the size guide on each product page. Check the guide for your chosen style before ordering.

How do I wash them?

Rinse cold, then hand or machine wash cold. Line dry or tumble dry on low. Skip hot water, high heat, bleach and fabric softener. Let your pair dry fully before wearing it again.

What’s your approach to PFAS?

We do not intentionally add PFAS to our period underwear. Three textile samples screened by SGS showed no detectable total organic fluorine at 20 ppm.
