The reusable pad uses the same fabric technology as our period underwear, with All-Day absorbency.

START WITH YOUR FLOW

FIND YOUR LEVEL.

  1. Everyday Liner

    10–15 mL
    Spotting, lighter days or backup.

  2. All-Day

    25–30 mL
    Daytime underwear and our reusable pad.

  3. All-Night

    45–50 mL
    Overnight underwear or more absorbency.

Underwear can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on flow. Change underwear or pads sooner when wet or at capacity; heavier flow means more frequent changes.

THAT’S THE CARE ROUTINE

RINSE. WASH. DRY.

  1. Rinse cold

    Rinse after use.

  2. Wash cold

    Hand or machine wash. No hot water, bleach or fabric softener.

  3. Dry gently

    Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Reuse when completely dry.
