Before You Start
1. Sanitize Your Peachy Cup
Before your first use and at the start and end of each period, boil your cup for 4–5 minutes. Use tongs or a whisk to prevent it from sticking to the pot’s bottom. Alternatively, wipe it thoroughly with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
2. Wash Your Hands
Clean hands are a must! Use soap and water to avoid introducing bacteria.
Master the Fold
1.
Choose a folding technique that works for you:
C-Fold: Fold the rim into a "C" shape—classic and simple.
7-Fold: Fold one edge down diagonally to form a "7".
Punch-Down Fold: Push one side of the rim into the cup for a pointed tip.

Find Your Comfort Zone
Stand, squat, or prop one leg on a chair—whatever works for you!
Relax your pelvic muscles for smoother insertion.
Insert and Adjust
Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina. It should sit lower than a tampon, with the base accessible.
Rotate the cup or pull it slightly to ensure it’s fully open and sealed.
It's easy to remove your Peachy Cup.
Remember to clean & store your cup.

1. Regular Cleaning
After each use: Rinse with cold water first (prevents staining), then wash with warm water and mild soap.
Pay attention to the air holes near the rim—flush them out with water or use a soft cloth.
2. Deep Cleaning
At the end of your period, boil your cup for 4–5 minutes or wipe it with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
3. Proper Storage
Dry your cup thoroughly and store it in a breathable pouch—never in a plastic bag or airtight container.
Tips to Avoid Leaks or Discomfort
Ensure the cup is fully open by rotating it or running your finger along the rim after insertion.
Make sure the cup sits low in the vaginal canal—not too close to your cervix.
Keep the air holes clear to maintain a proper seal.
If leaks persist, try adjusting the position or switching to a different size or firmness.
