25–30 mL: the same absorbency level as our All-Day underwear. Wear alone in regular underwear, or with period underwear for extra backup on heavier days.
Change when the pad feels wet or full. Heavier flow means more frequent changes.
Place the pink side against your skin. Wrap the wings around the gusset of close-fitting underwear and fasten the snap to help keep the pad in place.
Roll and fasten to carry a spare. After changing, keep used pads in a separate washable pouch until you can rinse them.
Body: 80% nylon, 20% spandex.
Gusset contact layer: 90% nylon, 10% spandex.
Absorbent lining: microfiber.
Rinse cold, then hand or machine wash cold. Line dry or tumble dry on low. Dry completely before reusing.
No hot water, high heat, bleach or fabric softener.
